Gut Repair Powder - 3oz
Mix 1 tsp of the Gut Repair powder, 1/4 C boiling water, 2-4 TBSP cold water.
Stir the powder and hot water together till dissolved, add enough cold water till it is temperate.
Consume immediately after mixing, as it will thicken as it cools. Drink 10-15 minutes before eating a meal.
